Remove kill to death ratio, Replace with isk efficiency, suddenly your new players running pure militia fits look like super stars. Gotta bump up the new guy some how.

The amount of time it takes to get a character good is about 4 months or so solid. I wish you guys would consider letting new guys grind to unlimited ten million sp then start capping them. It's just too hard to stay with it when you get destroyed...

I just think the skill cap is unnecessary for new guys. The cap was meant to keep hardcore players from having too much sp. Now what? 500k sp and 400 wp later your getting face rolled by players that have an average of 14-20 mil sp. Just think the...
